One of our most anticipated projects for The Warehouse was exposing the natural brick that we just KNEW had to be behind all that plaster. We could see through one little spot where plaster had fallen off due to damage, and so it was with confident fingers crossed (but still crossed) that we gave the go ahead to our plaster remover guy we contracted for the job. Two out of three walls were a brilliant success, the third was not so much. He punched a hole through the plaster and revealed some really gross concrete and rebar work. Not good. But what is good is that the brick that was able to be revealed is sooo beautiful and unique. I love old brick architecture and am so thrilled that we were able to bring some of that back to life in our building!
